Marilyn brings a strong passion for fitness and rehabilitation therapy to the Apex team. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Science and Technology, where she completed her training as a Physiotherapist Assistant. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in rehabilitation therapy, Marilyn has worked closely with patients managing chronic conditions, helping them regain strength and improve their quality of life.
In addition to her rehab background, Marilyn is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and has experience leading group exercise classes. She finds great joy in watching patients progress—especially as they build functional strength and experience improvements in their overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Marilyn enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors, discovering new food spots, and spending quality time with her two kids.
