Cole Taylor is a dedicated Personal Trainer with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from St. Clair College. He is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with the Ontario Fitness Council and holds multiple certifications, including Group Exercise, Older Adult Training, Resistance Training, and Personal Training. His professional foundation is rooted in a strong academic and practical background, with a passion for helping individuals achieve long-term health and fitness success.
While completing his studies, Cole served as a Co-Op instructor for Policing and Security students, guiding them through their physical testing requirements. He focused not only on performance but also on teaching students how to move efficiently and conserve energy—an approach he now applies to his personal training clients. His coaching style emphasizes function, technique, and sustainability.
An athlete himself, Cole has a competitive sports background, having played baseball for the Windsor Selects, the University of Waterloo, and St. Clair College. Outside of structured training, he maintains an active lifestyle by golfing, weightlifting, walking, and staying involved in recreational baseball.
Cole’s mission is to make fitness enjoyable and sustainable for every client. He believes in using a variety of training styles to keep workouts engaging, effective, and personalized.
