Lance Cosgrove is a Certified Strength Coach with a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. He also holds multiple certifications, including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Exercise Rehabilitation, and Nutrition & Wellness.

To further his expertise, Lance has earned additional credentials such as Kettlebell Level 1 & 2, KBell-TRX Fusion, Schwinn Spin, ViPR Instructor, and TRX® Group Rip® Training (L1). He is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring safety remains a top priority.

Over the years, Lance has gained extensive experience in the fitness industry. He is the Owner and Head Strength Coach at Apex Performance and Wellness, a high-performance and rehabilitation center in Windsor, Ontario. There, he and his team focus on open communication and internal referrals to deliver exceptional care to every client.

Lance’s coaching background is both broad and impressive. While studying at the University of Windsor, he coached with the Windsor Lancers. Currently, he works with GPAR Canada, helping athletes reach their performance goals.

He also runs Totally Limitless Conditioning Athletics and Fitness, a business that reflects his passion for fitness and his commitment to the Windsor community.

Previously, Lance served as a Strength Coach and Instructor at Studio-Fitness and PhysioFit. In these roles, he supported clients through rehabilitation, one-on-one training, group classes, and fitness assessments—all while promoting pain-free, high-performance movement.

Early in his career, he worked at the University of Windsor’s St. Denis Center as a Fitness Instructor, where he led group classes with energy and enthusiasm. He also gained hands-on clinical experience as a Student Physical Therapist at Greenshield Sport Therapy Clinic, supporting the Windsor Lancers Football Team with acute and preventative care.

Today, Lance continues to lead by example. With a well-rounded skill set and a passion for wellness, he empowers people to build strength, move better, and live healthier, more active lives.

Cole Taylor is a dedicated Personal Trainer with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from St. Clair College. He is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with the Ontario Fitness Council and holds multiple certifications, including Group Exercise, Older Adult Training, Resistance Training, and Personal Training. His professional foundation is rooted in a strong academic and practical background, with a passion for helping individuals achieve long-term health and fitness success.

While completing his studies, Cole served as a Co-Op instructor for Policing and Security students, guiding them through their physical testing requirements. He focused not only on performance but also on teaching students how to move efficiently and conserve energy—an approach he now applies to his personal training clients. His coaching style emphasizes function, technique, and sustainability.
An athlete himself, Cole has a competitive sports background, having played baseball for the Windsor Selects, the University of Waterloo, and St. Clair College. Outside of structured training, he maintains an active lifestyle by golfing, weightlifting, walking, and staying involved in recreational baseball.
Cole’s mission is to make fitness enjoyable and sustainable for every client. He believes in using a variety of training styles to keep workouts engaging, effective, and personalized.
