Danielle Durette, RMT, FST
Registered Massage Therapist

“Danielle’s treatment philosophy is deeply rooted in her extensive background in strength and movement.“
Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Danielle is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist who brings an ambitious, lifelong-learning approach to her practice. After graduating with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Trios College in Hamilton in 2024, she immediately began expanding her clinical toolkit. Her advanced training includes Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) through the Stretch to Win Institute, Level 1 Thai Massage through Thai Massage Toronto, and certifications in Advanced Cupping and Indian Head Massage, and will soon be offering TMJ treatments and scraping. After establishing a successful practice in Waterloo, Danielle has returned to her roots in Windsor to bring her results-driven care to her home community.
Danielle’s treatment philosophy is deeply rooted in her extensive background in strength and movement. With over eight years of dedicated one-on-one training in powerlifting, she possesses a sophisticated understanding of biomechanics and the specific physical demands of resistance training. She seamlessly blends this technical strength knowledge with her passion for yoga, allowing her to bridge the gap between high-intensity performance and restorative mobility. This unique perspective helps her understand the “why” behind her clients’ aches and pains, especially those living an active lifestyle.
In the clinic, Danielle is known for her versatile and evidence-based care. She provides a unique integration of modalities to create a treatment plan tailored to each client’s specific needs. Whether you are rehabilitating an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to improve your athletic longevity, Danielle focuses on equipping you with the tools and understanding needed to take charge of your progress, ensuring your results last long after you leave the table.
If Danielle isn’t at the gym or researching her next travel destination, she’s likely deep in ‘plant-mom’ mode with her rare tropical collection. Her home life is a fun, slightly chaotic balance of plant care and trying to outsmart her two cats, Martha and Myrtle, who haven’t met a piece of cat-proofing they couldn’t beat. For Danielle, life is best spent active, outdoors, or on the couch with her cats.
