When routines get busy, most people swing between restriction and overindulgence — and neither works long-term.

These three anchors help keep things steady without turning December into a diet:

🥦 Vegetables first
Starting meals with vegetables slows things down and increases fullness before the rest of the plate fills up.

🍗 Look for the protein
Protein stabilizes blood sugar, improves satiety, and keeps meals from becoming carb-only events.

🍽️ Moderation over deprivation
Cutting out foods you enjoy usually backfires. Allowing small amounts intentionally is what supports consistency.

You don’t need perfection this time of year.
You need habits that make the next good decision easier.
