Talking about Men’s Mental Health is more important than ever. We all know by now that suicide rates and heavily lopsided towards Men, and we know that Men are more likely to silent about it. There is no reason to stay silent, if you have a gut feeling about a loved one (or anyone) not doing well, please ask how they are doing. Awareness is rising, but suicide rates haven’t gone down.
