His coaching experience spans athletes of all ages and abilities. During his time studying Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor, Lance trained with the Windsor Lancers baseball and soccer team, further developing his expertise in athletic performance and strength programming. Additionally, he has worked with GPAR Canada, helping athletes optimize performance, reduce injury risk, and achieve their competitive goals.
Lance is also the founder of Totally Limitless Conditioning Athletics and Fitness, a business built around his passion for helping individuals become stronger, healthier, and more confident through evidence-informed coaching.
Throughout his career, Lance has served as a Strength Coach and Instructor at Studio-Fitness and PhysioFit, where he guided clients through rehabilitation, personal training, group fitness, and functional movement assessments. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Fitness Instructor at the University of Windsor’s St. Denis Centre and gained valuable clinical experience at GreenShield Sport Therapy Clinic, assisting with the assessment and care of the Windsor Lancers Football Team.
Today, Lance continues to combine his education, certifications, and practical experience to help clients move better, build strength, recover from injury, and improve overall health. His evidence-based approach and passion for coaching empower everyone—from recreational exercisers to competitive athletes—to reach their full potential.
Outside of the clinic, Lance’s passion for health and human performance doesn’t stop when the workday ends—it’s simply part of who he is. He has spent much of his life studying movement, strength, and performance, not just to become a better coach, but because he genuinely enjoys helping people discover what they’re capable of. Whether he’s developing new training programs, mentoring athletes, or diving into the latest research, Lance is always looking for ways to better serve the people who trust him with their health and fitness goals.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Lance believes that movement has the power to transform lives. Throughout his life, he has challenged himself in a variety of athletic pursuits, including competing in triathlons that tested his endurance, resilience, and mental toughness. More recently, his focus has shifted to competitive powerlifting, where he continues to push his own limits while gaining firsthand experience in strength development, injury prevention, and long-term athletic progression. Experiencing both endurance and strength sports has given Lance a unique appreciation for the different demands athletes face and allows him to connect with clients pursuing a wide range of goals.
To Lance, fitness is about far more than lifting weights or crossing a finish line. It’s about building confidence, resilience, independence, and the ability to enjoy life at every stage. He believes everyone—regardless of age, experience, or starting point—deserves the opportunity to move well, feel strong, and live without unnecessary limitations.
One of the things clients appreciate most about Lance is his ability to meet people where they are. Whether he’s working with a young athlete chasing a championship, someone recovering from an injury, a first responder preparing for the physical demands of the job, or an individual who simply wants to keep up with their children or grandchildren, he takes the time to understand their unique goals and challenges. Every program is thoughtfully designed around the individual because Lance believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and performance.
Outside of coaching, Lance enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, exploring the outdoors with his dog Max, and continually challenging himself through learning and personal development. His curiosity and commitment to lifelong education have led him to continually expand his knowledge through advanced courses and certifications, allowing him to combine evidence-based science with years of real-world coaching experience.
Above all, Lance believes that successful coaching is built on trust, communication, and genuine relationships. His goal isn’t simply to help clients achieve short-term results—it’s to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and habits they need to maintain those results for years to come. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward a healthier lifestyle, returning from an injury, preparing for competition, or striving to reach your highest level of performance, Lance is committed to creating a supportive environment where you’ll feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered every step of the way.
